Personal Trainer

Kimberly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. While there, she also became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the university’s athletic training program.

Kimberly holds personal training certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and The American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has a strong background in rehabilitation and working with special populations including pregnant women and those with various health issues.

Kimberly has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. She has worked with people of all ages at all levels of fitness. She enjoys helping people reach their goals and improve their quality of life through a variety of training styles.

Kimberly enjoys an active lifestyle including sports and outdoor activities. She loves spending time with her family and friends.


Personal Trainer

Cheryl graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation. She has experience working with the elderly while she was a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant and Director in Long Term Care Facilities.

Cheryl is entering a new phase in her life by becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NETA. Health and fitness have always been important to her and she has pursued various forms of exercise over the years, including team sports, group fitness classes, weight training and individual exercise.

She believes that individuals struggle at times balancing the demands of life, weight fluctuations, motivation with fitness goals, and in general well-being. She wants to help others to live well by motivating them to make changes in their lives to reach their goals.


Personal Trainer

Jocie is new to the fitness industry but not new to fitness. She is a Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Jocie attends Century College and is pursuing a major related to the health and fitness industry.

Jocie herself lost 50 pounds five years ago through diet and exercise. She has a passion for health and wants to share her knowledge with others. As a fitness professional, she enjoys working with individuals who are looking to lose weight, become stronger and those who want to live a healthy lifestyle. She believes making health a priority is key to improving overall mental and physical well-being.

Jocie enjoys leading an active lifestyle as well as playing music and doing art. She also enjoys being with family and friends, especially spending time with her dog.
