‘Guided Relaxation’ Meditation

Stressed? Trouble sleeping? Experience total relaxation through a guided meditation in the Salt Cave.
In our sleep, we unconsciously grind our teeth, clench our fists, squeeze our pillow and then wake up wondering why we don’t feel refreshed and ready to greet the day.
During a 45-minute ‘Guided Relaxation’ Meditation session in the Himalayan Salt Cave Sanctuary, your guide will lead you through full-body relaxation. The powerful combination of deep relaxation and dry salt therapy will allow you to receive the most benefit from the Himalayan Salt Cave Sanctuary. You will come out feeling as refreshed as having a full night’s sleep.
Please call 651.439.4662 to reserve your seat in the cave for scheduled sessions. Space is limited to 10 guests.
Meditation session may be cancelled if there are no appointments scheduled. Walk-ins to a cancelled guided meditation session will still be able to receive a regular Salt Cave session.

Meet Your Guide
Suzanne earned her BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner and Ayurveda Health Educator, Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist and Herbalist.
Suzanne is a Yoga Instructor here at Just For Me Spa. Suzanne is grateful to help others relax and find a greater purpose.
