Yoga Instructors



Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

Allissa started practicing yoga before it was cool and stuck with it even though she couldn’t do the advanced poses her instructor was teaching. Since then, she has found more accessible classes and strives to be the teacher that helps you find your place on the mat.

Allissa’s background is in the Hatha and Iyengar traditions. She received her 230-hour certification at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and has had special training in meditation and restorative yoga. Her focus is on helping students balance their mind, body and spirit to create the space they need to heal from the inside out.

Caitlyn grew up dancing at St. Croix Ballet, making the studio her second home. Caitlyn’s love for dance continued into college where she spent a year at Pittsburgh’s Point Park Universtity as a full-time Ballet major.  When knee injury was no longer avoidable in Caitlyn’s dancing career, her plans to intern with St. Paul City Ballet had changed to an exciting new pathway.

Caitlyn went on to educate herself on understanding and strengthening the body through spending a intense month at Sivananda’s yoga center where she received her 200-hour certification as a yoga instructor. Caitlyn then completed her Individualized Studies A.S. degree in Dance and Wellness from Century College and is excited to share her love for health and fitness through teaching and inspiring others!


Certified Yoga + Meditation Instructor, Health & Wellness Coach, Herbalist + Flower Essence Practitioner

Kali began practicing yoga over 15 years ago and completed her 200 hour instructor training with Devanadi Yoga after experiencing its healing and transformative power. She continues to pursue additional courses to support her practice and teachings. Her background is rooted in Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda traditions. She is also a certified health and wellness coach and herbalist.

Kali teaches in schools, hospitals, homes, yards, studios and anywhere else she is called to lead. Her intention is to make yoga and meditation easily accessible and bring people back into their bodies and into the present moment while weaving meditation and mindfulness into each session.

After nearly a lifetime struggle with anxiety and depression, Liz sought to find relief naturally. She tried a few yoga classes at local studios and was amazed by the almost immediate transformation that breathing and gentle movements afforded her mind and body. After only a few short weeks with yoga, she knew she had discovered the “Fountain of Youth” in this beautiful practice.

A former personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Liz has always loved and felt passionate about health and wellness. After about 10 years of developing her own practice and teaching yoga, she knows she has found her calling in serving and assisting others in achieving the benefits yoga has given her. Liz strives to help her students find a deeper connection to the power within, greater awareness of their bodies and minds and promoting self-healing through breath and movement, and most importantly working with her students to create more joy-filled, peaceful, conscious lives. Liz has completed training with YogaFit and 235 hours with Devanadi School of Yoga in Minneapolis. She has spent the past six years teaching and subbing classes throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Martha began studying yoga in her college dorm room years before there were any yoga classes in Bemidji, MN. Martha has minors in health education and coaching and recently completed a 230-hour yoga certification program with the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She has been influenced primarily by Vinyasa Power Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga and meditation.

Martha is especially interested in how yoga can help us transform rough patches such as disease, loss or injury into opportunities to wake up to our true selves and tap into our potential. She is passionate about wellness and wants to apply yoga to healing as a whole person, on and off the mat. She is focused on progress and longevity in an individual’s practice by teaching safe alignment and proper technique. Martha’s other areas of interest include using yoga and meditation to help people connect to their innate spirituality, preventing injury, improving performance in sports, promote ageless living and getting people in touch with their purpose or calling so they can live their best possible lives.

Nora has taken a roundabout way to meet you here at Just For Me Spa. At six years old, she immigrated from Budapest, and has lived in several countries since. She graduated with a bachelor’s in Creative Writing, after many semesters spent flirting with anthropology, art, film, and linguistics. To support herself through college, she began group fitness instructing. She taught her first yoga class in 2010 and by 2015 she was in India searching for a deeper practice.

Formal education and traveling have equally shaped her worldview, cultivated a sense of duality and understanding, and brought awareness to life’s interconnectedness. It is all these elements she brings to her classes that make them so eclectic. She has taught classes in New Zealand, India, Duluth, parks and business offices, to children and athletes, blindfolded or simply in a chair. She embraces the variety and playfulness modern yoga has to offer, and respects the therapeutic, emotional, and spiritual healing that inevitably comes with it.


Classical Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Meditation Instructor, Certified Massage Therapist

Suzanne earned her BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She practiced yoga for ten years before receiving a 200 and 500-hour classical Yoga Teacher certification through the Sivananda lineage at their ashram in the Bahamas. Suzanne is also a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and certified massage therapist. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people relax and feel calm and peaceful.
